No setup fee offer
Bliss Web offers no-setup-fee website plans subject to a 12-month minimum term. The no-setup-fee offer is available to qualifying local businesses.
12-month minimum term
All no-setup-fee plans require a 12-month minimum subscription period. Cancellation during this period is subject to early termination terms.
Monthly subscription billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Your plan continues automatically each month until cancelled in accordance with this policy.
What is included
Each plan includes website design (within the page count of the plan), hosting, SSL, a set number of small monthly content updates and support based on your selected plan.
What is not included
Domain registration, paid plugins, premium tools, ad spend, advanced SEO, ecommerce functionality, custom integrations, copywriting and complex apps are not included unless stated as an add-on.
Monthly update limits
Each plan includes a specified number of small monthly content updates. Updates beyond the plan limit can be purchased as an add-on.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, logo, photos and timely feedback during the build and revision stages.
Domain costs
Domain registration and renewal costs are the client's responsibility unless specifically included in a custom offer.
Third-party tool costs
Costs for any paid third-party tools, plugins, integrations or services are separate from the monthly subscription unless stated.
Hosting
Hosting is included with every plan and managed by Bliss Web on reliable cloud infrastructure for the duration of the subscription.
Cancellation after minimum term
After the minimum 12-month term, clients may continue monthly, upgrade, or cancel by providing reasonable notice as outlined in the subscription agreement.
Website transfer / release policy
Websites created under no-setup-fee plans are hosted and managed by Bliss Web during the subscription term. After the minimum 12-month term, clients may continue monthly, upgrade, cancel, or request a website transfer/release subject to the applicable transfer fee and technical feasibility.
Add-ons
Optional add-on services are available at additional cost and can be added at any time based on your business goals.
Payment failure
If a monthly payment fails, we will attempt to reach you to resolve it. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension.
Acceptable use
Websites must not be used for illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive content. Bliss Web reserves the right to suspend service for breaches.
Support scope
Support covers your website, hosting, included monthly updates and general guidance. Out-of-scope work can be quoted as an add-on.
